About Us
Who are we
We are here to help you navigate the complexities of your sustainability journey. For businesses to remain commercially sustainable, business models need to evolve. Sustainability needs to be embedded throughout the core of your business, we are here to help you enable your evolution.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change, that lives within the means available and works co-operatively against common threats.”
~Charles Darwin
Our society today mainly operates in a linear economy, which involves our limited natural resources being used in manufacturing products, only to be disposed of with no consideration of environmental impacts or the value of the embedded commodities within the product.
The only way forward into a sustainable future for both ourselves and for our planet is to embrace Circular Solutions – an economy that transforms our systems to eliminate waste and where resources are renewed and repurposed. Not only will this help tackle climate change and improve the health of the general population, but it will also create more local jobs and economic opportunities.
We are here to build clear pathways, plans and systems for your business to embrace Circular Solutions.
Our Vision
Create value for clients across supply chains through sustainable business solutions, closing the loop on natural resource consumption.
Our Mission
To provide practical risk-managed solutions to sustainably evolve businesses in pursuit of a net-zero and circular economy.
We have been providing decarbonisation and sustainability strategies for 20 years across large corporate companies and mega-projects internationally – spanning the sectors of new energy, oil and gas, carbon, capture, utilisation and storage, infrastructure, investment funds, and financial technology; assisting businesses in pivoting from their existing practices into the fields of sustainability and decarbonisation.
Our extensive experience
includes:
Managing environmental, social and reputational risk, so Evolveable Consulting can provide practical risk-based solutions at a corporate, government or project level that creates value for all stakeholders.
Combining technical environmental engineering expertise with regulatory experience, so Evolveable Consulting can understand the complexities of decision-making when balancing the critical components of sustainability with commercial business and policy drivers.
Balancing engineering design and technical complexities into environmental and social regulatory approvals, so Evolveable Consulting understands the risk and can provide practical solutions to complex challenges to achieve both business and societal expectations.
With experience across the project life cycle from feasibility through to decommissioning, Evolveable Consulting can advise on risks in the areas of sustainability, decarbonisation, climate change and more.
With a focus on Sustainability and the Circular Economy, we help influence supply chains to minimise the impact on natural resources whilst creating value for clients, helping businesses evolve for a sustainable future.

Leela Dilkes-Hoffman
Circular Economy and Sustainability Lead Trainer
Originally from Margaret River, Leela has worked both in Australia and internationally to share the vision of a circular economy and support its implementation.
She holds a PhD in materials engineering from the University of Queensland and was the lead of the innovation team for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Plastics Initiative (a leading circular economy institute based in the UK).
A major passion of Leela’s is ensuring that upstream innovation — rethinking the way we design products and services to deliver root-cause rather than band-aid solutions — is always front and centre in circular economy discussions.
She has experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, including large corporates, industry bodies, NGOs, start-ups and innovators to build the capacity and alignment needed to implement circular economy solutions.
Leela now lives in Perth with her young family but makes regular trips back to Margaret River to get her trail-running and beach-combing fix.
